It is our intention to have perfectly satisfied customers, as such we offer a 'No
Quibble' refund policy allowing you to cancel anytime within the first 14
days of you opening your account.
- You can cancel your subscription within 14 days of opening your account. Any cancellation must be in accordance with this notice.
- You can cancel by any of the following methods:
(i) calling 07000 784995
(ii) writing to BGA Warranty Ltd, PO Box 211, Bury St Edmunds, IP32 7LA
(iii) sending a fax to 01284 723653
(iv) sending an email to customerservices@SayItWhen.com
- You must provide your name, address, postcode and username in order to cancel.
- This cancellation right does not affect your statutory rights.
