How It Works
works
very simply:
Registration
Registration allows you to access all sites.
Registration involves creating a username and password to allow access to your own
Message Centre for creating, editing and deleting of messages.
You will also need to create a Passing Away PIN. This PIN
needs to be emailed to us to trigger the transmission of all the messages.
Naturally this email needs to be sent by somebody acting as your agent for the purposes
of this service. Therefore they need to be someone who you can rely on to send the
email with the PIN after you pass away.
Creating Messages
You can create as many messages as you like (there may be an additional charge depending on your package).
Choose the type of message you'd like to create: text or audio.
Fill in the message details and upload a video or audio file as required.
Then tell us the email address of recipients of each message. You can have any number of (differing) recipients per message.
You can amend or delete messages as often as you like.
After You Pass Away
An appointed representative/attorney/solicitor/executor/trusted friend
must send us a Passing Away Notice via email or post. This notice does not need to be in any specific
format but it MUST contain your Passing Away PIN.
Receipt of this notification will then trigger transmission of all of your messages to their recipients.
Messages will be sent in such a way that recipients of the same message cannot identify each other.
