Will you keep my personal details private?
We will not share your details with anyone else. All your personal details will be kept solely by SayItWhen and will not be forwarded on to any third party.

What happens if I become incapacitated and cannot manage the account myself?
It is your responsibility to advise your appointed representative/attorney/solicitor/executor/trusted friend of your subscription to SayItWhen.
If you have subscribed to a "Lifetime" account then you will not need to worry as when you pass away your representative will pass the access information to your intended recipient.
If you are subscribing on a shorter term you will be advised when there is a renewal due.
In the case that you are incapacitated it is anticipated that someone else will handle your emails and therefore see the renewal. We will send renewals in plenty of time. It is advisable to let someone who you can rely on of the existence of your message.

Do my messages have any legal standing?
No. They do not have any legal standing nor can we take responsibility for any content of the messages.

Do I have to tell anyone about the existence of any messages?
Ideally you need to advise your solicitor, attorney or executor of your will. Alternatively tell anyone that you feel you can rely upon to initiate the message.

How do you store my messages?
Your messages are stored on our secure server.

Can I change my messages?
Yes, you can. You can delete and redo any message at any time.

Can I create as many messages as I want?
Yes, your selected package comes with a certain number of text, audio or video messages.  You can then purchase additional message credits whenever you need to.

What if I lose me login details?
That's no problem. If you lose the details we can resend them after proof of your identity.

How do I pay for the service?
Payment can be made by sending a cheque to the address on our Contact Us page.
Our more popular packages can also be paid for instantly using the 100% secure server from our payment service provider.  SayItWhen do not have access to your credit card details.

I'm the Executor of a SayItWhen Member's Account - What do I do Now?
All you need to do is contact us by email or post with the details of the Member's account.
We must receive the following details in order to trigger transmission of messages to their recipients, as intended:

  • Member's Username
  • Member's Password
  • Member's Passing Away PIN
If for any reason you do not have all of the details then please contact us for more details.
